We retain client records, booking data, and transaction records for the duration of the business relationship and for a minimum of seven (7) years thereafter in accordance with our obligations under the Income Tax Act (Canada) and Alberta corporate records requirements. Analytics and session data is retained in accordance with the data retention policies of the respective third-party platforms. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal information is securely deleted or anonymized.
